Generally the conventional wisdom behind weight loss  is always the same. Consume calories, then get rid of the calories which were consumed. This is a very popular mindset. However, it has not always proven to work and may not be the only answer out there. Cory Gregory states that he knows this to be true being as he himself has put himself through a variety of diet protocols.

What is Anabolic Fasting Diet?

Anabolic diet help covering up your declining testosterone production in old age. Testosterone help in increasing the number of you RBC, improving calcium deposition in the bones, muscle enlargement. He began his experiment after having dieted for twelve weeks in preparation for a competition. He has the habit of, after dieting for so long and so hard to take an evening and celebrate. His celebration will always include large amounts and portions of food, he says “I eat whatever I want!” The end result of consuming a giant meal he says is “like a ridiculous hormone response”.  And it leaves him in insane growth mode.
